Which brands does Outset SELL?
Everything on this wall — from Forbidden and Amflow bikes to SRAM, Shimano, RockShox and Fox components, through to workshop staples like Park Tool, and Unior. If it’s on the wall, we ride it, sell it or service it. A few brands are landing soon: their pages are live and first stock is on the way.
Can you get something that isn’t listed?
Usually, yes. We deal directly with the NZ distributors for most of the brands on this wall, so if the exact model or size you’re after isn’t showing, get in touch and we’ll order it in — often on the next freight run.
Do you service brands you don’t sell?
Yes. The workshop services all brands — suspension, brakes, drivetrain and wheels — whether or not the parts came from us. Book a service and bring it in.
