Description
The Smith Payroll MIPS is engineered for riders who push harder, go bigger, and spend more time in the saddle. Purpose-built for enduro, trail, and E-MTB use, it’s one of the few mountain bike helmets to carry NTA8776 E-bike certification — a standard that tests at higher speeds than traditional MTB helmet certifications, and one that matters when you’re carrying extra speed courtesy of a motor.
An integrated skeletal structure forms a roll cage inside the helmet for added structural rigidity and a higher threshold of impact protection. Zonal KOROYD® and the Mips® Brain Protection System handle the energy management so you can focus on the trail. The VaporFit™ dial adjustment system delivers 270-degree fit customisation on the fly, with the Mips® layer integrated directly into the fit system for a snug, cohesive feel that holds firm all day. Nineteen fixed vents with internal air channels keep you cool on the climbs, and the three-position adjustable visor accommodates both sunnies and goggles depending on conditions. Ionic+® antimicrobial lining rounds out a helmet clearly designed to be worn hard.
