SERVICE OPTIONS

Personalised Bike Setup

$99

Buying a bike solely based on manufacturer size charts doesn’t guarantee a perfect fit or setup. While each size corresponds to certain height ranges, they overlook crucial factors like arm or leg length, body proportions, riding style, and flexibility.

Spend an hour with us to personalise your bike setup. We’ll handle suspension settings, cockpit setup, tyre pressures, and saddle height adjustments. Plus, we’ll guide you through recommended service intervals and tips to keep your bike running smoothly. Let’s tailor your ride just for you!

Fork and Tune

$249

This 2 hour service is the perfect combination to get your bike running sweet. We’ll take care of a lower service on your forks then give your bike 45min of care and attention, paying attention to drivetrain, brakes and overall running. You let us know if there are any specific areas that need work and we’ll come up with a plan to get everything done.

Every bike and service is different so we work with your budget to prioritise the jobs that you want done. This is your service.

Book using the form below so we’ve got an idea of what we’re working with and then we’ll give an accurate assessment when you come in.

*Please note this service does not include removal or refitting of the fork.

No. 1 Service

Our 45 minute service is best suited to those on a budget but still want their bike in good condition for the trails. It’s also a great option for keeping your commuter roadworthy.

Have your brakes working as expected, drivetrain shifting smoothly and everything tightened up, so you’re confident every time you swing your leg over your bike.

No. 2 Service

$179

This will get your bike feeling plush.

Give us 1.5 hours to get your bike ready to tackle anything you throw at it. The extra time lets us get into the nitty-gritty and have everything running smoothly.

This service covers the basics and also gives us time to dial in some of the finer details like bleeding brakes, straightening up wheels and making sure your cockpit is set up properly.

No. 3 Service

$299

This will get your bike feeling as good as new.

The 2.5 hour service allows us to get your bike ready for a big weekend of ripping down technical trails or smashing those KOMs.

With this time we’re able to make sure your suspension (if you have any!) is set up properly, that your cranks are cleaned and greased, and that any worn-out cables are replaced. We’ve enough time to regrease bearings, align derailleurs and take care of everything to make sure that your bike is in great shape.

This might just be the best your bike has ever felt.

Book in for our 3.5 hour service before your next multi-day adventure or when you get back from hammering the bike park. Your bike is completely stripped down, inspected, cleaned, serviced and rebuilt.

This in-depth service takes care of expert jobs like regreasing suspension linkages, replacing worn bearings, rehousing brake cables and any other specialist jobs that you want done.

New Bike Rebuild

$239

Mass-produced bikes assembled on the factory floor aren’t always in the best shape when they arrive at your door.

Small details get missed and they lead to the bike not feeling as good as it could. Loose bolts, a noisy drivetrain and squeaky brakes can be heartbreaking on the trails.

We take your new bike and inspect it from the ground up, making sure that absolutely everything is installed properly and built to exact standards, just like our custom builds.

We check the torque specs, grease all the right areas and have your bike running silently and smoothly.

Bike Build

$479

Have you found an incredible frame, spent time sourcing parts and need someone to put it all together? That’s something that we do.

We build custom bikes all the time, paying close attention to the smallest of details, knowing how important each part is to the build.

After a good chat to find out your preferences, we’ll set up your saddle height, bar width, suspension sag so that your bike is uniquely yours.

Bike Boxing

$79

Heading overseas on a bike trip? Moving down country? Or shipping a bike to a Trade Me buyer?

We’ll professionally pack your bike so that it arrives in the same great condition that it was packed in.

We use a specifically designed bike box so that your bike easily slips in and only needs minimal assembly when it arrives.

Price includes the box, shipping price will depend on destination.

Suspension Service

$99

Starting at $99, we offer servicing on one of the most important parts of your bike.  Suspension is a key part of mountain biking, your fork and shock eat up rough trails and soak up huge hits – this takes a toll on these vital parts. So regular servicing is important.

It’s a good idea to bring your fork and shock after every 50 hours of riding, roughly every 6 months for your average mountain biker. Dropper seat posts need some attention too, usually needing a service after 100 hours of use.

We can also custom tune your suspension so that it’s perfect for you. We set it up so that it compliments your style, giving you confidence on tricky trails.

*Please note this service does not include removal or refitting of the fork.

Pivot Service

$189

The pivots are the joints of your bike. If they’re not maintained or moving smoothly, then your bike won’t feel as good as it can, and it can make other parts wear out quicker than usual – leaving your bike feeling like an old beater.

Your pivots should be serviced once a year. Over 2 hours, we strip down your bike, clean pivot hardware, regrease bearings and rebuild with the correct torques settings. If bearings are unable to be regreased, replacements can be provided and installed (cost of bearings and installation not included in service cost).

If your bike is creaking, grinding or struggling to compress, then it might be time to have your pivots serviced.

What a great shop. Destroyed my carbon rim on Saturday during a ride. Took my broken rim in along with a spare on Monday morning and they had it ready at 2pm the same day. Amazing Service.

An impeccable experience. Bruce and Filipe went the extra mile to make sure my bike performed as I wanted! It was a second hand bike I bought with a mix of parts. Filipe took the time to explain to me the perils of mixing parts and took a step-by-step approach to recommending a fix. He was sensitive to costs and only recommended the bare essentials. Thanks guys.
A big shout out to the team at 3SixtySports for the conversion of our road tandem into an amazing gravel tandem. Jerry and Felipe were fantastic at understanding our dream and needs, meeting various challenges and producing the final product. It rode superbly around the Lake Taupo Shimano Gravel Grind course. Thanks Gents top class service.

If you are investing serious money in a bike these guys are outstanding. Started off as a frame purchase and morphed into a full bike build. All of this was done by phone/email as I am in Christchurch. Could not have asked for better advice/guidance in choosing the parts and tolerance when i changed my mind! The result was a bike that arrived and has exceeded my expectations. Thanks to Jerry and all of those who helped put this bike together.

Big ups to the fantastic crew at 3Sixty Sports built my dream enduro wheelset consisting of a mullet I9 hydra and DT 511 combination a year ago and after a year of abuse they are still in mint condition and I couldn't be happier.
Bought some brake lever adapters. Fast and accurate response to my questions for compatibility. Great service thanks!

I’ve had the ease and pleasure of working with Bruce Davey on a new build, I could not turn down. The replies, kept up to date info on the build, what was happening, the price, the whole run down and organisation of this new build. It has been second to none professionalism. Has kept me excited to see this dreadnought the whole time. Nothing has been a bother to him, any request has been met (even though I’m sure it can’t be easy at times) They have gone every extra mile to ensure this build, and dream bike of mine, will be brought to life.
Thanks a million Bruce and 3sixty sports team. I look forward to working with you in the future years to come.
What a service and what a team.

Worked with Jerry and Felipe to bring my somewhat old school Turner into the modern era.
Being a 2009 frame and fork the project involved a lot of hunting around for compatible parts and experimentation.
The team at 3Sixty got right behind the project and were super helpful and flexible with bringing together parts and experience and the outcome is a bike that is just awesome fun to ride (the "after" photo is post Whaka50)
Great experience and great outcome - thanks team!

Super bike care.

I booked in my bike for a service and to source and replace a part. When I dropped it off they took the time to talk through my specific needs and agreed a service plan. They phoned me at each step, discussed what they'd found, what the next steps were and options. We agreed a full service of the suspension as well.

The service was finished on time. They phoned to let me know it was finished.

Great service, great communication, and when they couldn't source a new component used one from their own personal part to keep me out running.

Thanks team.

3Sixty built me a bike! It was an eccentric request - a bike that would take me into 20+ years of adventuring - multi-day bikepacking, day rambling, and everything in between. Bikes have a personality and I wanted this one to be a bit fun and different. The team at 3Sixty were great- they turned my dreams into components and dealt professionally with many supply chain challenges to make a cool bike within my fairly modest budget. The result is Red Ritchey, and its happy days! Thanks 3Sixty Sports.
I have had dealings with these guys on multiple occasions, all of which have been excellent! They have been incredibly patient and helpful with everything from sorting me out with a new frameset to sending me pictures of multiple components for colour match which eventually led to the custom built (by them) wheelset in the attached photo. I have been back again for everything from stems and droppers to another entirely custom wheelset. Great bunch of people with great service and great products to back them.
Would recommend to anyone looking for some cool and special bike parts or just accidentally buy a whole new bike. Worth it.

Cheers guys!

Great and personal experience from first contact to final delivery, of both products and mechanical workmanship. Having your own personal contact to discuss needs, a million miles away from the large churn stores, just cashing your hard earns and desperate to get you out the door. The wheel build and new components application, with expert knowledge is outstanding and exactly what’s makes these guys special. My bike feels different level now. Outstanding.

Give us a shout!
