Commencal 365 – 2026

The Commencal 365 is an alloy gravel bike with a rigid alloy fork, 700c wheels on sizes S to XL and 650b wheels on XS. It is offered at outset.bike in one 2026 build — Ride GRX 12 — in two colours, Pure White and Pyrite Grey, in sizes XS, S, M, L and XL.

A GRAVEL FRAME FROM A MOUNTAIN BIKE BRAND

Commencal builds the 365 from triple butted 6069 alloy with T4 and T6 heat treatment, and frame and fork together weigh 2.8kg. The fork is rigid 6066 alloy with internal brake hose routing, the headset is a fully integrated IS52/IS52 with internal cable routing, and the frame clears tyres up to 47mm wide. Why it matters: a stiff, tough alloy chassis from a gravity brand makes the 365 a gravel bike that shrugs off rough gravel instead of asking you to tiptoe around it.

THE RIDE GRX 12 BUILD

The Ride GRX 12 build runs a Shimano GRX RX610 1×12 drivetrain with a 40T chainring and a wide-range Shimano SLX 10–51T cassette, shifted by a GRX RX822 rear derailleur. Braking is Shimano GRX RX610 flat mount on 180mm rotors front and rear. DT Swiss G540 tubeless-ready rims on Formula hubs carry Maxxis Rambler tyres — 700 x 45c on S to XL, 650 x 47b on XS — and a Spank Flare 25 drop bar with 25° of flare and thick Spank Wing bar tape takes the sting out of corrugations. It weighs 10.8kg (average, size XS, without pedals).

CHOOSING YOUR COLOUR

Pure White and Pyrite Grey share the same Ride GRX 12 specification. The Pyrite Grey bike also ships with a fork mudguard on top of the standard accessory set.

SIZING & GEOMETRY

The 365 comes in XS, S, M, L and XL. Reach runs 360, 380, 400, 420 and 445mm, the head angle moves from 70.5° on XS to 71.4° on XL, the virtual seat tube angle sits at 73.8–74°, and chainstays are 420mm on XS and 425mm on S to XL. Crank length is sized too: 165mm on XS and S, 170mm on M, 172.5mm on L and XL. As a guide, XS suits riders 148–160cm (4′10″–5′3″), S suits 158–170cm (5′2″–5′7″), M suits 168–180cm (5′6″–5′11″), L suits 178–190cm (5′10″–6′3″) and XL suits 188–200cm (6′2″–6′7″). FRAME, STANDARDS & WHAT’S INCLUDED

The frame runs a Press Fit BB86.5 bottom bracket, a 27.2mm seatpost, an IS52/IS52 integrated headset and a Maxle standard 12 x 142mm rear axle (no UDH), and the rear brake is flat mount 140mm with a 180mm maximum rotor. Both colours ship with a down tube protector, a chainstay protector and a Fidlock bottle base; the Pyrite Grey adds a fork mudguard. The 365 carries Commencal’s lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects for the original purchaser, with free Commencal Care support. Pedals are not included.
