This Commencal bundle pairs the Ramones 14 Push Bike alloy balance bike — 14″ wheels, for riders 95–110cm tall (3′1″–3′7″), around three years old — with a hydraulic rear disc brake kit, supplied fitted: the price includes assembly. It is offered at outset.bike in three colours — Pure White, Black and Green (a turquoise shade on the spec sheet) — in a single size.

At outset.bike, we stock bikes we genuinely believe in. A balance bike with a proper hydraulic disc brake teaches lever control from the very first ride, so braking is already second nature by the time pedals arrive.

WHAT THE KIT ADDS

The bundle adds exactly six parts to the standard Ramones 14 push bike, one of each: a SRAM G2 RS rear brake (hydraulic disc), a Galfer 140mm brake rotor, a SRAM IS 0mm adapter, a SRAM MMX clamp, a 19-to-22mm adapter for the Ramones handlebar (wide) and the Ramones brake assembly. This is a different kit from the Ramones 12 bundle — the 14 gets a hydraulic SRAM brake rather than a mechanical one. It mounts to the frame’s IS 140mm rear tab and the disc-ready rear hub, and the bike arrives with it all fitted, because assembly is included in the price.

FRAME & FIT

The RMNS 14 Push-Bike frame and 14″ fork are both alloy 6061, and the base bike weighs 4.58kg before the kit is fitted. The frame shape is designed to avoid leg friction and help the child build momentum, with an extra-wide rubber platform in the centre so they can rest their feet once the bike is rolling, and the saddle has an integrated handle for an adult to steady or carry the bike.

THE PARTS THAT MATTER

The contact points are sized for small riders: a 450mm Ride Alpha kids handlebar tapered for 19mm kids-specific grips, sealed-bearing hubs at both ends and Vee Tire Co. CrownGem 14″ x 2.25″ tyres whose wide footprint helps the child develop balance.

WHAT’S INCLUDED & WARRANTY

Every bundle ships with a bell and a footrest protector, plus the fitted hydraulic rear brake kit. As a balance bike it has no pedals or drivetrain.
