The Amflow PR Carbon 2027 is a precision-engineered trail eMTB built for riders who want dynamic, confident performance across a wide variety of terrain – without the weight penalty of a traditional full-power build. Powered by the Avinox M2 motor delivering 110Nm of torque (125Nm in Boost), wrapped in an ultra-light 2.9kg carbon frame, and paired with an 800Wh removable battery, the PR Carbon sits in its own category: genuinely capable, genuinely light, and genuinely fun to ride.

AVINOX M2 DRIVE SYSTEM
The PR Carbon runs on the Avinox M2 motor – a unit designed with the same philosophy as the M2S found in the PX Carbon family, but tuned for a lighter, more trail-focused character. It delivers intuitive support, confident traction across technical terrain, and seamless power transfer that lets you focus on riding rather than managing the motor.

800Wh Removable Battery
One of the PR Carbon’s standout features is its 800Wh removable battery (Avinox RS800). With a quick-release design and a weight of just 4kg, it combines serious capacity with everyday practicality. Swap it out at the trailhead, charge it at home while the bike sits in the garage, or carry a spare for back-to-back ride days. Range estimates reach up to 158km, making the PR Carbon a genuine choice for long days in the hills.
Built-in Display & Smartphone Connectivity
The integrated Avinox Control Display is a 2-inch full-colour OLED touchscreen built directly into the frame. It shows real-time ride data and estimated range, and lets you change display content with a simple swipe. Paired with the Avinox Ride app, you get full connectivity, ride tracking, and access to Smart Heart Rate Control.
Smart Heart Rate Control
Set your target heart rate zone in the Avinox Ride app, pair a heart rate monitor, and the drive system automatically adjusts motor output in real time to keep you in the optimal zone. No parameter menus, no mid-ride fiddling – just ride.

Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between the PR and the PX?
They’re two different platforms, not two price points. The PR is built around range and practicality: a removable 800Wh battery you can charge off the bike, swap on a big day, or take out for travel.
The PX is the agile one, with a fully integrated 700Wh battery and a sharper focus on technical trail riding. If your days are long, or you’d rather charge the battery indoors, the PR is the better tool. If you mainly ride tight technical trails and want the lightest, most flickable option, look at the PX.
How is this different from the PR Carbon Pro?
The motor, mainly. This one runs the Avinox M2 at 110Nm, rising to 125Nm and 1,100W in Boost. The Pro steps up to the M2S at up to 150Nm and 1,500W peak, with a higher-spec build around it.
Having ridden both motors, the difference is smaller than the numbers suggest, and it’s more about how the power is delivered than outright grunt – the M2S meters it out with a bit more authority rather than simply shoving harder. For most riders the M2 is plenty. The M2S earns its money if climbs are a means to an end for you, if you ride very steep ground, or if you’re a heavier rider. Same frame, same 800Wh removable battery either way.
How far will it really go on a charge?
About the same as any other bike running the same Avinox motor and carrying the same weight. That’s the honest answer: range on a full-power e-bike is governed by total payload – bike, rider and kit – and by how much climbing you do, far more than by which badge is on the frame.
So treat any manufacturer headline figure as a best case on easy ground, and judge by vertical metres rather than distance. Comparing this against another M2 or M2S bike, expect the difference between them to be small. The difference between a light rider on rolling trails and a heavy one on a steep day is enormous. Where the PR helps is the removable 800Wh pack – you can carry a second one.
How fast will it go before the assistance cuts out?
Ours come from the factory set to 45km/h. Worth knowing, because almost every review and spec sheet online quotes 25km/h – that’s the European legal limit, not a property of the bike, and it gets repeated everywhere regardless of market.
If you’ve read that an Avinox bike runs out of assistance at 25km/h, that isn’t the bike you’ll be riding here. On a bike like the PR, built for covering ground, it matters – a 25km/h cut-off leaves you pedalling an unassisted 20-plus kilo bike on every flat connector.
