Description
Amflow PX Carbon 2027 – Phantom Black
The Amflow PX Carbon 2027 is one of the most exciting full-power eMTBs on the market right now – and it’s easy to see why. Built around the latest Avinox M2S drive system, Amflow has taken a fundamentally different approach to the e-bike: instead of bolting a motor onto an existing platform, they started with the motor and built everything outward from there. The result is a bike that feels cohesive, natural, and genuinely connected to the trail beneath you.
At outset.bike, we’re serious about stocking bikes that actually deliver on their promises. The PX Carbon 2027 is one of those bikes.
AVINOX M2S DRIVE SYSTEM
At the heart of the PX Carbon is the Avinox M2S motor – a unit that has quickly set a new benchmark for what a full-power eMTB system should feel like. Building on everything that made the original Avinox platform great, the M2S delivers a level of integration, precision and real-world trail performance that has to be ridden to be fully appreciated.

The Perfect All-Rounder
What makes Amflow stand apart is their obsessive focus on the complete riding experience. Every element of the PX Carbon is designed to work in harmony – creating a bike that feels cohesive, capable and intuitive whether you’re grinding up technical climbs or carrying speed through demanding descents. That concept of “flow” is embedded in the brand’s DNA, shaping bikes that respond naturally to rider input while delivering everything you’d expect from a full-power system.
Built-in Display & Smartphone Connectivity
The brain of the Avinox Drive System is the integrated Control Display – a 2-inch full-colour OLED touchscreen built directly into the frame. It shows real-time ride data and estimated range, and lets you change display content with a simple swipe. Clean, intuitive and always within sight.
Smart Heart Rate Control
No fiddly parameter menus here. Simply set your target heart rate zone in the Avinox Ride app, pair a heart rate monitor, and the drive system automatically adjusts motor output in real time to keep you in the optimal zone. It’s smart assistance that works with your body, not against it.
FAQs – Amflow PX Carbon 2027
What size Amflow PX Carbon 2027 do I need?
Use your height (measured without shoes) as a guide. Medium suits riders 162–178cm; Large suits 170–185cm; X-Large suits 175–191cm; XX-Large suits 188–201cm. Size guides between brands often overlap slightly – when you’re in that overlap zone, a larger size gives a more stretched-out feel while a smaller size feels more compact. If you’re unsure, reach out to us at outset.bike and we’ll help you find the right fit based on your measurements and riding style.
What type of riding is the Amflow PX Carbon 2027 designed for?
The PX Carbon 2027 is a full-power enduro eMTB built for conquering challenging terrain that mixes technical climbs with rough, steep descents. It excels on trails featuring drops, jumps, rock gardens, and loose scree – whether you’re racing enduro, riding the bike park, or hitting black-grade trails.
How fast does the Amflow PX Carbon 2027 go?
The Avinox M2S motor provides pedal assistance up to 25km/h (15.5mph) – the legal maximum for an electrically assisted pedal cycle. You can ride faster than this under your own power, but the motor won’t assist beyond that point. No licence, insurance or registration is required to ride the PX Carbon.
What is the battery capacity and how is it charged?
The PX Carbon 2027 uses a 700Wh Avinox battery integrated into the downtube, charged via a port on the frame using the included Avinox Fast Charger (12A / 508W). Best practice is to connect the charger to the bike first, then plug into the wall – the charger automatically cuts power once the battery is full to prevent overcharging. Bikes are shipped at under 30% charge for safety; a full charge before your first proper ride is recommended.
Is the Amflow PX Carbon 2027 waterproof?
Yes. The Avinox M2S motor carries an IP66 water resistance rating and the entire system is engineered to handle the harshest trail conditions. Rain, mud, and puddles are no problem. We do recommend avoiding prolonged submersion and pressure washing, just as you would with any quality mountain bike.
What warranty comes with the Amflow PX Carbon 2027?
The carbon frame is covered by a 5-year warranty for the original owner. All components carry the respective manufacturer’s warranty (typically 2 years). The Avinox motor, battery, display, speed sensor and wiring are covered by a 2-year Avinox warranty.
Can the Amflow PX Carbon 2027 be set up tubeless?
Yes. The Amflow XMA-30 rims and the Schwalbe tyres are tubeless ready. The manufacturer supplies rim tape; valves and sealant need to be added to complete the setup. Running tubeless allows lower tyre pressures for improved grip and comfort, and the sealant handles small punctures on the fly.
How should I store and care for the Amflow PX Carbon 2027?
Store the bike clean and dry in a cool environment between 10–20°C with the battery level between 30–60%. If storing the battery separately, keep it away from areas with significant temperature fluctuations. For cleaning, a brush and gentle hose-down is ideal – avoid pressure washers, harsh chemicals, and abrasive cleaners that can damage the frame finish and push water into sealed components.
Can I add upgrades or accessories to the Amflow PX Carbon 2027?
Most component upgrades are straightforward – brakes, grips, saddle, fork, and handlebars can all be swapped out provided they’re compatible. Note that any changes to gearing ratios or wheel size on an eMTB need to be reflected in the motor programming, so changes to the drivetrain or motor system should always be done in consultation with Amflow or an authorised service centre.
Can I fit a water bottle to the Amflow PX Carbon 2027?
Yes – a water bottle cage can be mounted to the downtube, so you can stay hydrated on longer rides without needing a pack.
