The Amflow PX Carbon 2027 is one of the most exciting full-power eMTBs on the market right now – and it’s easy to see why. Built around the latest Avinox M2S drive system, Amflow has taken a fundamentally different approach to the e-bike: instead of bolting a motor onto an existing platform, they started with the motor and built everything outward from there. Built-in Display & Smartphone Connectivity
The brain of the Avinox Drive System is the integrated Control Display – a 2-inch full-colour OLED touchscreen built directly into the frame. It shows real-time ride data and estimated range, and lets you change display content with a simple swipe. Clean, intuitive and always within sight.
Smart Heart Rate Control
No fiddly parameter menus here. Simply set your target heart rate zone in the Avinox Ride app, pair a heart rate monitor, and the drive system automatically adjusts motor output in real time to keep you in the optimal zone. It’s smart assistance that works with your body, not against it.

Frequently asked questions
How fast will it go before the assistance cuts out?
Ours come from the factory set to 45km/h. Worth knowing, because almost every review and spec sheet you’ll find online quotes 25km/h – that’s the European legal limit, not a property of the bike, and it gets repeated everywhere regardless of market.
So if you’ve read that an Avinox bike runs out of assistance at 25km/h, that isn’t the bike you’ll be riding here. It makes a real difference on flatter fire road and connector sections, where a 25km/h bike leaves you pedalling an unassisted 20-plus kilo bike and this one doesn’t.
What's the difference between the PX and the PR?
They’re two different platforms, not two price points. The PX is the agile one – a fully integrated 700Wh battery, around 20.6kg, and the Avinox M2S motor. It’s built to ride like a mountain bike first.
The PR is built for range and practicality, with a removable 800Wh battery you can charge off the bike or swap on a big day. If you ride mostly technical trails, take the PX. If you do long days, multi-day trips, or you’d rather charge the battery indoors, the PR makes more sense.
For what it’s worth, the PX Carbon is the one we steer most people to – it suits the way most riders here actually ride.
Can I take the battery out?
No – the PX uses a fully integrated 700Wh battery, so it charges on the bike. That integration is part of how the frame stays as compact and light as it does.
If removing the battery matters to you – charging it inside, carrying a spare on a big ride, or taking it out for travel – look at the PR instead, which uses a removable 800Wh pack. Worth settling before you order, because it isn’t something that can be changed later.
What do I get if I step up to the PX Carbon Pro?
Factory-spec Fox suspension, a carbon wheelset, a SRAM X0 drivetrain and a carbon handlebar. Frame, motor and battery are identical – both run the M2S and the 700Wh pack – so the power and the ride character are the same bike underneath.
You’re paying for damping quality, rotating weight and drivetrain. If you ride hard and often, the Fox factory dampers and carbon wheels are where you’d feel it. If you don’t, the standard PX is the same machine and the difference is better kept in your pocket.
