Featuring the same ultra-lightweight carbon fibre monocoque frame found on the flagship Phantom X and Phantom S, this frameset comes with a genuine Avinox drive system already integrated, ready for you to complete with the groupset, cockpit and wheels of your choice. Whether you’re chasing a stealthy drop-bar gravel racer or a rugged flat-bar adventure tourer, the Phantom frame is the ideal canvas.

Unlike a bare frame, the Phantom Frame Only arrives with its motor, battery and control electronics already built in, taking the guesswork out of building an e-bike from scratch. Simply add your preferred fork (or select the Frame and Fork option), handlebar, saddle, wheelset and drivetrain, and you’ll have a fully custom, race-ready electric adventure bike built exactly to your specification.

DJI AVINOX M1 MOTOR – PRE-INTEGRATED & READY TO RIDE

The Phantom Frame Only comes complete with a DJI Avinox M1 motor producing 250W and 105Nm of torque, paired with a 36V 600Wh battery fully integrated into the down tube for a clean, race-bike silhouette. A DJI DP100 2-inch smart screen keeps key ride data on hand, two DJI BC100 Bluetooth remotes give you handlebar control, and a DJI speed sensor plus 4A 168W charger complete the package, so all the hard electrical integration work is already done for you.

At just 6.1kg, the Phantom’s carbon fibre monocoque frame is remarkably light for an integrated e-bike platform, without compromising on stiffness or durability. UDH-compatible for maximum drivetrain flexibility and finished with 8 mounting points, it’s equally at home set up as a fast-rolling gravel racer or loaded up for multi-day bikepacking missions. A 12x142mm rear thru-axle, frame-integrated motor cover and bottle cage mounts round out a genuinely rider-first design.

BUILD IT YOUR WAY – DROP BAR OR FLAT BAR

The Phantom frame’s internally-routed 52mm headset accepts either a drop bar or flat bar cockpit, and is compatible with rigid or suspension gravel forks such as the RockShox Rudy, Fox 32 TC or SR Suntour GVX. A 27.2mm seatpost insert (250mm deep) suits both a rigid post or a dropper, with dropper cable routing already accounted for, so your build options stay wide open.

1X DRIVETRAIN FLEXIBILITY

Designed around simple, robust 1x drivetrains, the Phantom frame accepts chainrings up to 44T on a 104BCD spider, cranks up to 165mm, and is UDH-compatible for both Shimano and SRAM derailleurs up to 13-speed. Both electronic and manual shifting are supported, giving you complete freedom to specify the exact drivetrain that suits your riding style and budget.
