Velduro Rogue M2S MTB Frame – Modular Carbon eMTB Frame | Avinox M2S Powered

Build Your Dream EMTB. Your Ride, Your Rules.

The Velduro Rogue is a modular, carbon fibre eMTB frame designed for riders who refuse to compromise. Rather than locking you into one geometry or one riding style, the Rogue uses flip chips and a clever GeoLock module to let you reconfigure travel, geometry, and wheel size to match the trail in front of you. Run it in Standard Mode with a 170mm fork and 165mm of rear travel for an all-round trail-taming setup, drop into All-Mountain Mode at 160mm front and rear for flowy, playful precision, or push it into Enduro Mode with 180mm up front and 172mm out back on a 29-inch rear wheel when it’s time to point it downhill. One frame, three personalities — and a full custom build waiting to happen.

At the heart of the Rogue is the Avinox M2S drive system paired with an integrated 800Wh battery, giving this frame a genuinely premium foundation to build your next enduro or trail weapon around.

AVINOX M2S DRIVE SYSTEM

The Rogue is powered by the Avinox M2S motor, a 250W nominal unit producing 130Nm of continuous torque, boosting to 150Nm with 1,300W of peak power on tap. That’s serious punch for technical climbs and long backcountry days. The system runs on an Avinox 800Wh integrated battery, controlled through the Avinox DP100 integrated 2-inch display and Avinox BC100 wireless left and right handlebar controls for clean, cable-free operation at the cockpit. Charging is handled via the included Avinox 4A charger, and the entire system is wired with Avinox’s custom waterproof, foolproof cabling so you can ride in confidence regardless of conditions.

I-TRACK HIGH-PIVOT SUSPENSION PLATFORM

The Rogue’s mid-pivot I-Track suspension design delivers reduced kickback and optimised anti-squat, so power delivery stays smooth and the rear end tracks the ground rather than fighting it. Rear travel runs from 165mm up to 172mm using the shock flip chip, giving you a genuine spread of personalities from one frame without touching a shock swap.

FULL CARBON FIBRE MONOCOQUE FRAME

Built in an enduro-focused carbon fibre monocoque construction, the Rogue frame is engineered to be light, stiff, and durable enough for demanding terrain, while keeping the modular flip-chip and GeoLock hardware neatly integrated into the frame architecture.

GEOLOCK — MULLET OR 29ER, YOUR CALL

Velduro’s GeoLock module keeps head tube angle, chainstay length, and bottom bracket height identical whether you’re running a mullet (29″/27.5″) or full 29er wheel setup. That means you can switch wheel sizes to suit the trail without any of the usual geometry compromises that come with it.

MODULAR BUILD, YOUR CHOICE OF COMPONENTS

This is a frame-only offering for riders who want to spec their own build. The frameset ships with the Avinox M2S motor, 800Wh battery, DP100 display, BC100 wireless controls, 4A charger, UDH hanger, seat post clamp, cable lugs, Avinox SL 155mm cranks, and a Velduro 34T chainwheel on a 104BCD spider — everything you need to build out the rest of your dream machine around a proven drive system.

WARRANTY & PROTECTION

The Rogue frame is backed by a 5-year frame warranty, with the Avinox drive system covered for 2 years — solid peace of mind for a frame built to be ridden hard.

FAQs – Velduro Rogue MTB Frame

What is the Velduro Rogue MTB frame?
The Velduro Rogue is a modular carbon fibre eMTB frame powered by the Avinox M2S drive system and an integrated 800Wh battery. Using flip chips and a GeoLock module, riders can adjust travel, geometry, and wheel size to suit their riding style, making it a genuine build-your-own platform for trail, all-mountain, and enduro riding.

Does the Velduro Rogue frame come with a shock?
No. The Rogue is sold as a frame-only option and does not include a rear shock, giving riders the freedom to choose their preferred shock to suit their riding style. A custom-tuned shock option is expected to become available in future. The frame requires a trunnion-mount shock with a 205mm eye-to-eye length.

What travel does the Velduro Rogue frame offer?
The Rogue offers 165mm of rear travel as standard, extendable to 172mm using the shock flip chip when paired with a 29-inch rear wheel. Combined with a 160–180mm travel fork, the frame can be configured for all-mountain flow or full enduro descending duty.

What motor and battery power the Velduro Rogue?
The Rogue runs the Avinox M2S motor, delivering 130Nm of continuous torque (150Nm boosted) and 1,300W of peak power, paired with an integrated 800Wh battery. It’s controlled via the Avinox DP100 display and BC100 wireless handlebar remote.

Is the Velduro Rogue frame compatible with both mullet and 29er wheel setups?
Yes. Thanks to Velduro’s GeoLock module, the Rogue maintains identical head tube angle, chainstay length, and bottom bracket height whether you run a mullet (29″/27.5″) or full 29er wheel configuration, so there’s no geometry compromise when switching between setups.
